They only care about the clients. They only pretend to care about the employees. At the end of the day, you’ll always hear your superior tell you that they understand your situation then proceeds to bomb you about how you should prioritize your clients than your well being. Do the clients care about us? No. also, peak support doesn’t have competitive salary. 15k? How is that competitive? You have to be a Lead or higher to even get a salary of 30k-40k lol. There are times they will ask you to come to work at 3am even when you’re off just to hear “thank you” LMAO!

It's a great company to work at. You will feel that they really care for you, especially the owners.

Cons

Since the company is getting bigger and bigger, the culture is changing. Politics at its finest. It's becoming a normal call center because of the leads.
