      Easy to work with people Management who listens co-workers who care Compensation and benefits is great

      Cons

      Company is still starting and understandably you would have to wear different hats as they continue to fill the roles. Nothing a professional can't handle though, all part of the growth.

      They are nice people to work with.

      Cons

      The politics in my project is horrible. I wouldn't say I like how they micromanaged their employees. QA doesn't know what he's doing.
