Great people to work with! Feedback driven. They really care for their employees, no cap.

Cons

The pay can be improved. I was promoted but my pay got even lower lol

Pros

Peak Support has been an amazing organization to work for. They truly care about their employees and work/life balance. This organization is not only always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures as a company but also for its employees. Working for Peak Support truly makes you feel you are part of something big, making sure you are able to contribute to the organization and be able to count on people at every level from the executive team to multiple functional departments.

The company really lives by core values. The Culture is special! This is something that is part of the company's DNA. From the the leadership to the frontline Team Members which generates world class service to Clients and Customers.
