Pros

100% remote workplace. I got to spend time with family and not miss family events.

Cons

Lesser leave credits, and it's earned on a monthly basis.

Pros

*Genuinely value our opinions as an employee. The company regularly provides a platform for everyone to voice out ideas and concerns. I feel empowered, knowing that my opinions are heard considered, creating a sense of ownership and unity within the team. * The company knows how to appreciate their employees, and that goes a long way in boosting morale. *Peak Support also has strong employee development initiatives, and invests in employees' growth. We are highly encouraged to suggest trainings that would help develop our skills and competencies. *Competitive Compensation Package in comparison to similar industries

Cons

* Graveyard shifts for those working in PH, but properly compensated though in terms of night differential and overtime.

Pros

Culture is so big and real that you can feel the organization's mission and values ingrained in every communication and decision the organization does. You are allowed to grow. You will definitely be acknowledged. And everyone is so approachable! Perhaps we compensate our lack of physical touch with eagerness to accommodate each other. And ofcourse, work from home forever setup!!!

Cons

The need for physical human connection is still undeniable, and due to the business setup, it is not easily done.
