Leaders are easy to work with, company benefits are great and continues to improve! Full Remote work yet competitive! The people you work with are collaborative and shows trust with one another!

Cons

Standardization of Annual Appraisal for all projects. The company continues to improve so looking forward to this! :)

Yourself is your own enemy. You have to have discipline in order to succeed. All types of temptations are around you.
