Pros

I have been working in Peak Support for almost a year and I can say that I'm just very glad to be part of it. This Company is operating more than 5 years but there are still a lot of opportunities to grow, both for the Company and one's career. Salary is good and there are a lot of promotions every week, especially for associate levels. Salary ranges will depend on the experience and requirements of the Company. The good thing that I really love with Peak Support, is that everybody respects you and treat each other as family. Leads, managers, directors or even the CEO won't boss you around. As a matter of fact, the CEO is the first person that you will meet during the orientation. Lastly, this Company is a remote-based work. Means that you will be working at the very comfort of your home! You will have so much time with your family, save money and you won't have to face the crowds and traffic.

Cons

Working hours is mostly graveyard. This is normal because this is a US Company and the Clients are in the US.

Pros

I've been with the company for more than a year and I can say that this is the first company I've worked in where people truly value their employees. I've witnessed how leaders drive performance without overlooking other factors such as the team's well-being, personal life, etc. I'm grateful and proud of being a part of this company.

Cons

Developing that level of commitment to your team can sometimes take a toll on your body. We're able to build an environment where everyone's willing to dive in and cover for someone else but sometimes we forget to take the day off and rest. It really is more of a personal con than a company con 🤣 😂
