They will hire you for little pay and give you a crazy workload. Tasks that are given cannot be done by one person. Cheapest company stay away

Pros

• Permanent work from home. • Culture – the nicest people I’ve every worked with and it is because the kindness and appreciation start from the top (CEO and Directors). • Continuous improvement – they listen. • I feel that the leadership genuinely cares for the employees may it be through the quick action to employee feedbacks or immediate help provided to employees affected by calamities.

Cons

Nothing major that would make me not want to work here. There’s still processes that could be improved as it is still a young company but that also means more opportunity for stepping up or growth.
