Pros

Peak Support values every single employee from entry-level to C-level, leadership makes sure we understand the 'why behind decisions, the people make this company, and are a joy to work with- everyone pitches in to help when needed, competitive salaries and generous profit-share, great leave policy and benefits.

Cons

We're growing which means we're busy! Not really a con, but expect to put in some serious work!

- I am proud to work at Peak Support because they not only listen to feedback from their employees. They act on it! - I have enjoyed working at Peak Support because of the work culture that is conducive to building relationships even outside the workplace. - I have always felt encouraged to share any insights or feedback, and communicate it to my supervisor or directly to our CEO.

Cons

Looking forward to an incentive program/structure for the team.
