Pros
From an employee's perspective, Peak Support has really done its fair share of ensuring that they meet the client + employees' expectations, as much as they can. Compared to other BPO companies I've been with before, salary rate is way higher for someone in the HR department. That's why when I heard about this opportunity, I TOOK THE RISK and tried my luck. Yes, I took a risk coz I had a stable job, at a stable company, w/ health benefits + dependent, before. It was my comfort zone. Then when I heard about PS, it was still w/ Upwork, so uncertainties are still there when it comes to job security. But looking back now, I'm grateful that I took that risk, coz now, I get to enjoy the generous benefits of having a full time remote work (w/ laptop provided), high paying job, superb healthcare benefits, life insurance, leave credits, AND MORE! I wish I could tell all but I'm happy w/ where I am now in PS and esp. the people I'm surrounded with.
Cons
The meet-ups are slowly coming back! W/ the Leaders' Summit about to happen, I know good news will come after that. Just hoping to have a meet-up w/ my team as well, sooner! *fingers crossed*
