Culture, Access to Leadership, Small Agent to TL Ratio, Profitable, Career Growth Potential

Cons

Not as many resources as larger BPOs, somewhat more bootstrapped, but I don't consider these necessarily bad. Just have to put something in this field.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to work at home. As I am expecting it really was convenient for me to be hired especially during the winter season. They have great management and the workers are very supportive. Great schedule and they work with you. Training was a breeze and very helpful people wanting you to succeed.

Cons

Wish pay was at least 18+ hr
