Pros

PS was okay but gradually it declined

Cons

When it started to become an enterprise, they started to add more people that does not share the culture bact when it was still just PS. HR sucks, they do not follow the normal HR ways and pressure their employees to just quit. Management does not do regular coaching and I mean all of them! Leaders should coach whether or not you're a manager already
