Pros

Professional and accommodating final interview.

Cons

The recruiter sounded like he was not interested in welcoming newbies, and do the job offer at all. The reason may be because of the offered salary. The job offer is very low in the market, having them operate in the industry for quite awhile. Your experience will never be valued. Will require high specs on your PC/Laptop, noise cancelling headset, backup internet, backup power -- while they won't provide you any equipments or an allowance for it.

Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with your review. With each review, we take the opportunity to research the information provided and make thoughtful decisions in our processes. We recently completed a compensation review of all positions, and believe we are competitive in the market, as well as providing additional benefits that are both robust and valued. Many of our positions are provided with equipment, but those that are not are being reviewed to ensure our expectations are inline with other employers in the remote space. Thank you again for your time.

Pros

I worked as a freelancer before I joined Peak Support. I have no BPO experience at all. Hopping from one job to another, meeting random people but never had any real connection, just doing random work every time. I got tired of that feeling where you just force yourself to wake up and work. So I decided that I needed change and then a few months later I found Peak. I tried applying and not expecting anything but I got lucky! At first, I was hesitant thinking that maybe I wouldn't last that long like my previous jobs but then again I was wrong. I've been a member of Peak Support since July 2021 up until now and getting strong :muscle::skin-tone-3: It's a blessing for me honestly. I'm having a blast here, enjoying every work day, having fun joining activities and never imagined that I would be this happy working. So far, this is the best company I have been with :100:. The environment is so much different, my Team Leader and colleagues are amazing, NO :billed_cap:! Lastly, I'm growing not only my career but as an individual as well. There's nothing more you can ask for in this company.

Cons

There is none that I can think of.

Pros

HMO and other government benefits.

Cons

When you excel in your role, you may find yourself taking on more responsibilities without receiving appropriate compensation. The culture of work-life balance seems to have vanished, replaced by an overwhelming emphasis on constant work. As a result, it becomes challenging to enjoy your time off, as tasks continue to accumulate, leaving little room for rest and rejuvenation.
