3yThank you for the feedback. We believe we have a very effective "open door" policy, which allows our employees to speak with any member of the leadership team, including our CEO and COO. If you have not already done so, I would encourage you to set up time with a member of our People team to discuss your concerns, we want to hear your feedback, this is how change happens. We recently completed a compensation review, and we believe our wages, and benefits are very competitive in our market. We continually look for ways to enhance opportunities for employees, and we have an excellent promotion from within program.
