Peak Support value each of their employees regardless of the tenure and role. They care about their employees' career growth, needs, health, and a lot more.

Cons

Not a downside, but you'll love to spend extra hours working because of the awesome culture and professional workmates.

Pros

Work remotely (Dream job as a mom like me) Avoid stressful heavy traffic I experienced everything I did not experience working in any other BPO company here in Philippines. Highest salary for a non-voice account!

Cons

HMO only offer 1 free beneficiary, unlike almost all BPO company here in Philippines that offers 3 beneficiaries where we can include husband/wife, 1 child and 1 parent. Health insurance is very important to us since hospitalization is very expensive here in our country. That's all I can think of as a con but everything else is great!
