Pros

As long as you have some sort of customer support experience (retail, restaurant, etc) you have a shot of working here. Their moderator role is a good foot-in-the-door role for remote jobs if you do not have remote experience.

Cons

Hard to get holidays off. Company need to understand we have families too and deserve breaks during those time periods.

We're glad you've found your experience at Peak Support to be a valuable point of entry to remote work, but sorry you have had a negative experience surrounding the busy holiday season. We value each of our employees and always want them to feel heard. If you're comfortable sharing more about your experience, we would love to hear from you at info@peaksupport.io. Pros

Good pay at around $17+ hour, and they send you all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Cons

They lie heavily about the work-life balance, and expect you to literally not ever get up from your chair. The management is surface level and two faced.

Thank you for taking the time to review Peak Support. We are really sad to hear your experience was less than the stellar environment that we aim to provide for our team members. As we grow, hard work is certainly a part of that growth! But work life balance is needed in any successful organization. Outside of our PTO package, volunteer time off is frequently offered as well lunch breaks and an additional break and some fun huddles to get to know other agents and your Team Leads. Our team is truly one of a kind and we would not be where we are without our team's contributions so we are dedicated to continuously improving. Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback!

Pros

I just got laid off from there and can still say I highly recommend this place.  I loved working there before the lay off.  I felt the training and support were good especially given that this was all really new to me.   So I hated to leave.  The lay off sucked, but it wasn’t their fault and they were so transparent and caring through the whole process.  Susan the HR manager even redid my whole resume for me.   And helped with interview tips from my interview with her.  Who does that? They literally offered to help do job searches with us and letters of recommendation.  This HR cares.  That’s rare.  They were fair and so transparent.  They knew they dealt us a hard blow but they way they felt it made it hurt way less.   Hope to work there again someday.

Cons

I wish they were hiring now.
