The executives speak and greet you only when they feel like it. The company moral needs a huge boost. Raises are HARD to come by (far and few in between). If you are a favorite you will easily move up. Overall the Executive team carried an "we are better than you minions" air about them.
The CFO is a snobby, nose in the air, proud Republican who does not like to have conversations with those that aren't either management or executives! They do not make their employees feel appreciated. I was there for almost 7 years. Did an outstanding job on a lot of projects and merely received quiet recognition. Some managers step completely out of line with the way they speak to you and with micro managing when absolutely unnecessary!
The Administrative Assts. do not always know how to respectfully approach matters with floor employees.
I would say that Peak was a decent company trying to improve slowly but surely until Ryzex came along. Now it's going all down hill again. Peak allowed Ryzex to get rid of some of their seasoned veterans of support, sales, and service. They are taking advantage of their work horses and piling triple the load on people whom they know can and will get the job done, but with no extra incentives for the hard work.
Also, if you are in sales there is no way to track your commission and compare what you calculate to what they are actually paying out to you. That's CRAZY!
