I'm pretty sure all other departments at the company are decent to work for. The health benefits are fair.

Cons

Management and culture in the Call Center is the absolute worst that I have ever encountered in my entire career!

Pros

Benefits package, M-F workdays only and ability to telecommute with specified positions. Small family oriented office environment with many close business friendships . Ability to establish a strong rapport with outside vendors for valuable business contacts for present and future dealings.

Cons

Increases and promotions non-existent due to philosophy of acquiring extra salary & bonus through the generation of higher sales revenue. Upward mobility and/or management training non-existent. Most likely to retire or leave company in latest position laterally moved into; next to a management position without increase in salary. All good if you're only looking to have a consistent salary without regard to advancement. Most of those who have left the company, did so to obtain career advancement in training and salary.

There was too much work expected from everyone in all departments.
