Pros

Best co-workers a person could ask for. Wonderful, dedicated, professional, intelligent, team players. Great benefits, ability to telecommute, flexible work schedules.

Cons

Direction of company under John Fallon has taken a downturn. Multiple reorganizations and layoffs of long-time employees. Morale among remaining employees -- at least in the division I was in -- is very low.

Pros

Flex time and great benefits

Cons

The company environment changed during my time of employment. When I started there it was a friendly, easy going company; however, when new management took over the atmosphere became very depressed and negative. The open work space that was initiated was meant to encourage more collaborative work days, but I don't think it succeeded in doing that. More of a library feel than a vital, lively workspace. It's also very difficult for advancement, and salaries are not representative of experience and time put in.

Pros

I have worked with some amazing, talented, dedicated people, whose talents are frankly wasted here. The flexible schedule and ability to work from home are great. Decent benefits. If you don't mind the possibility of your job being completely turned upside down without warning or explanation, work here!

Cons

Completely disorganized and disjointed management that is totally out of touch with what the workforce needs to get their jobs done. Constant "restructuring" i.e. layoffs of the people who are doing valuable work while the upper management flounders around doing very little. Many of the really great people either leave or are laid off while the dead wood hangs on. Constant bad press makes it hard to be proud of working for this organization.
