Great vision, but poor management

Pros

- on teams levels: talented developers, great Product Owners - perks: flexible working hours, foods, insurance, health care - changes may be good for Pearson but not for staff I still hope I'll back someday to Pearson as I value what they do - help people grow by teaching English.

Cons

- unclear job description, Scrum Masters are more like Project Managers (Pearson, name them PMs not SMs!) - unclear future of offices in Europe as Pearson outsource to Asia - upper managers do nothing - ongoing, newer ending restructurisation made inexperiened people (fav pets) to get senior positions; carieer oportunities are low unless you have friends or luck - sexist in IT - experienced people start to leaving

Pros

Room for growth and opportunities. Mostly stable management and leadership. A lot of people who are committed to doing good work for the educational system.

Cons

A lot of seasonal work without a lot of notice as to when you will/will not be working.

Pros

Company is good as well as the employees. Not much work pressure and employee friendly environment. Good company to work with.

Cons

Salary is not up to the mark.
