Pros

- Many great people, genuinely intent on 'measurably improving peoples' lives through education' - Great customers in the Higher Education market, most of whom care deeply about their commitment to helping students succeed. - Competitive salaries and benefits from an industry perspective - Trying, really trying . . sometimes, to become an educational tech company. Sometimes.

Cons

- Legacy issues with some very old, gerrymandered learning technology platforms and even worse customer support experiences - Old style office politics. - Weak culture for mentoring, weaker still for innovation
