Pros

Great products. Good opportunity for moving up. Good pay and benefits. They treat people fairly. I would definitely be open to working there again.

Cons

Sometimes people in the field (sales) felt the main office didn't listen to their concerns. This can result in field people doing extra work that could be avoided.

Pros

It is a leader in Education Assessment

Cons

It is a Education Domain and hence domain processes are pretty much different and unique and hence other domain concepts might not apply

Pros

My fellow employees and divisions around me were great and left with some good friends. I didn't stay long enough to know the perks.

Cons

Being micromanaged isn't fun. Doing all of your bosses work while she decides on her workout routine and eating habits isn't great and management had no idea.
