Pros

Pearson Education has a lot of fun products to design for. There is a broad spectrum of creativity. There are offices in multiple locations which lets you build relationships all over the U.S. Pearson offers excellent benefits and are very flexible with schedules.

Cons

Pearson Curriculum has not offered designers an ability to stay up on their design skill levels. There used to be a lot of training available which they no longer offer. They also do not handle issues within the company. The issues are not dealt with which overall affects moral.

Pros

casual office environment . using newest technology ( trying new things all the time ) so that it's easy to find another job college town

Cons

the software itself is not complicated, and most of the time you just fix the bugs or add a small new function, not much innovation
