Pros

Work from home so I can avoid my petty, vindictive manager.

Cons

Toxic culture. Only want to reward those who are willing to kiss up to their managers. Cost over quality, profits over people. This is the only way they know how to keep the stock price from sinking even lower.

Pros

Great learning opportunities for those who wish to take advantage; there are some excellent managers who really want to develop their people

Cons

They are struggling to figure out what they want to be and a true Tech company they are not. Pay is below (way below) market and absolutely one of the worst Onboarding inductions I have ever had with conflicting information given and lack of follow up from HR.

Pros

Good benefits and work from home policy.

Cons

Few legacy products that still bring in revenue. Company financially is just barely doing okay and new product is not doing good at all due ownership politics and one bad decision after another. Lot of outsourcing, layoffs and no good direction makes it a company that you would think twice before even applying for. Draconian style of management due to extreme politics. During my time I went through three CTOs and three directors. Most of the colleagues left the company for better opportunities.
