Pros

Certain positions are extremely flexible (allow working from home, flex-time, etc). Decent amount of PTO and paid Holidays. Decent benefit package. Ranked highly for non-discriminatory practices. Ranked highly for working mothers. Tuition reimbursement is available. Internal training and networking opportunities are plentiful. Participation in community share agriculture.

Cons

As great as the option to be flexible sounds, there are still many cases where the work/life balance is horrible. This is largely due to open positions rarely getting back-filled and simply shuffling work to another employee on the team. Late nights are the norm.

Pros

Global, diverse, probably not a bad place to launch a career.

Cons

Ethically problematic; centralized management a huge mistake for a company of this size.

Pros

Work/life balance is good, solid benefits, relaxed atmosphere

Cons

Where do I start? The company is callous toward its employees and will do anything to save money, including changing performance evaluations to save on bonus payouts. The organization lacks vision, it reorgs every year, the workloads are growing and growing as staff cuts cut deeper and deeper with no compensation. It's such a colossally huge company, it's impossible to make impactful decisions to product. It rewards status quo and discourages innovative thinking by penalizing those who question approved practice.
