Pros

Used to be great. I was proud to work for them.

Cons

Continual rearranging of the deck chairs on the Titanic. Senior management at fault; continually blame faulty economy.

Pros

I could work evening hours.

Cons

Supervisors do not follow the rubric given to you for scoring papers. In fear of losing your temporary $12/hr job on a daily basis.

Pros

People were wonderful because they intentionally went to work for a company that had a wonderful mission - to help educate the world.

Cons

After the new CEO took the helm, the ship started sinking and he brought in consultants and other executives who didn't share that vision and people started leaving in droves, and then layoffs occurred. It was a fabulous place to work and then it quickly went downhill.
