The company is not the same since they were sold. The company used to put all their focus on the care of their kids and their employees. But now it is difficult staying in the job because higher management is so focused on making changes and making money that the nurses and families are left frustrated and worried. They care more about nitpicking charting and changing things simply because they think their way is better, instead of focusing on how the kids are being looked after. The companies priorities have shifted and the future doesn't look good. I used to love the company and all my supervisors until now. The only thing keeping me in this job is my love for my patients and families.

This place has lost focus. They claim it’s on the patients but it’s not. The focus is money for the private equity group. Even when everyone is quitting they don’t change and won’t due to money and pride.
