Pros

They have a very positive work environment, engaging and always open with communication. I come to work everyday knowing that what I do is making a difference and is a vital part in the bigger picture. The CEO and President are dedicated to their mission in taking care of the child. We have tons of company events that engage the employees and this company encourages participation in volunteering. My professional career has really grown with PHS and I look forward to the years that come. PHS takes care of they employees and in turn their employees take care of their customers. This is an amazing place to work.

Cons

This company started small and has grown into a much larger company. With this growth comes challenges that any company would have to go through.
