      Assists great families in need of nursing, definitely a feel-good job Nice side perks for office staff (food truck day, popcorn day, etc) Great co-workers

      Really poor inter-department communication between management and staff with a lack of follow up Highly reactive vs. proactive management environment Low pay compared to the amount of stress

With the introduction of a formal compensation plan, PHS is committed to paying wages that are competitive in the appropriate market with consideration to companies in the same geographic area, healthcare market and companies of similar size and revenue.       Pros

      Very thourough training. Friendly co-workers. Great mission. great pay. They also are very active in the community and have many volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Micro managing. Cliquey. Hard to find work/life balance. High stress. Too many meetings and communication can be improved.
