The culture at PHS is what sets it above other employers. Getting a job here isn't easy, and that is very intentional. PHS only wants to hire the best people to join the company. While the work is challenging there are many ways that you are appreciated at work: Catered lunches, beverage carts, food trucks, ping pong tournaments, and a truly passionate team. Everyone cares deeply for the families that trust us with their care. If you are looking for a company with heart this is the one.

Worst Job I Have Ever Had

Pros

They do a lot of good things for kids in need and there are generally a lot of good people working there.

Cons

I unfortunately ended up in a department that had some good people but also had a handful of the most arrogant, mean, and dishonest bullies I have ever run into in life. Just cruel, heartless intimidators with no moral compass who would rather ruin someone's life in the shadows instead of talking about things. The kind of people who tout how humble they are constantly in order to politically enable themselves to be deeply and terribly autocratic.
