Worked from home, some of the benefits are good

Cons

Pay increase aren't good, training isn't good, upper management makes a lot of promises but always falls thru. They say they care but when it comes to promotions or training none existing. The salary increase are literally pennies compared to other companies.

The doctors are wonderful to work with.

Cons

The management is inexperienced, unprofessional and toxic to work for. If they don't like you or you don't suck up to them, they will make working there unpleasant. Allot of gossip and caddy behavior goes on. No real advancement, they would rather hire new then promote within the company. No real employee appreciation with low pay.
