Pay, benefits, and the physicians that take great care of the patients.

Cons

Leadership no longer values their employees. The culture has changed in the last few years and it is very toxic. The friendly, people-oriented, supportive culture is extinct and replaced with a culture of fear, negativity, and lack of empathy. All the great leaders have left and the best employees have followed them.

There are some really great people there that have been minimized and not allowed to do the jobs that they are fully capable of doing.

Cons

Leaders not allowed to lead - it can take weeks and 8-12 signatures to replace a CNA level position.
