No work life balance, no raises, no health insurance, some coordinators are lazy and use good employees, all they care about is that your body is where it needs to be sick or not, no sympathy for family emergencies, no praises for a job well done, no room for advacement, no stable days or hours, if you are a family person..this job is definitely NOT for you. If you work one of the bigger hospitals like Fayette, you might as well book a room for the night, there are too many babies and they don't believe in others helping you get through the day..they even was as bold to say that ..you could not leave until every baby that was eligible was finished...no matter what! Ridiculous and not feasible when you have 25 to 30 babies!

Lack of communication. Lack of organization. Sub-par bonuses. Tendency to play with people money and then expect you to wait until the next pay period to be paid correctly. Too many cliques, if you are not with the in crowd you're pretty much screwed. The company itself is also very cheap, pay people what they are worth!
