Name it. Bullying. Retaliation. Intimidation. Poor Business Practices. Incompetent Managers and Directors. The culture at Mednax I imagine is not unlike that of a womens' prison - the gossip, the intimidation, the fear, and the retaliation - truly a bad place to be.

Great colleagues to work with, great team work work. Supportive clinic manager. Love the patient population.

Cons

For the last year, it has been all about the money. Every corporate decision seems to based on the numbers--how many patients per day, how much money is generated. I know the financials need to be healthy but we also need adequate staff and a robust, reliable EHR to expand our capability to see more patients.
