      Good Benefits, Near home, Big Company

      All I can say is that “The patients are running The asylum “. To much clicks and colleagues will not keep a professional work ethic if they don’t like you personally. Management will not hold any of their favorites accountable. Do not apply here if you are a straightforward person not wanting to deal with BS Drama. They will use that against you.

      They've hired a third party management consulting firm to come in and clean up a lot of outdated processes.

      Cons

      Seniority always trumps logic and common sense. Don’t waste your breath trying to shed light on the root of the issues the company is experiencing - you’ll only end up frustrated or they’ll just fire you then claim that you don’t fit in with their culture/environment. They don’t want to hear it from their own employees. They’d rather hear it from the management company since they’re already spending extra money on them.

      Clicks abound, if you disagree (and can prove why) with any management level as to why to do or not do something they make your life a living hell to get rid of you. All they want are "yes" people.
