Pros

Steady routine, can work independently while still interacting with patients, and of course - cute babies!

Cons

Hours change everyday, you work until all of the babies are screened- somedays that is an hour and some days its 5 (you are sent a message by the person working the last shift to let you know the status so you have some sort of a heads up), there is not a very close knit community because you are the only hearing screener there so you don't really know your coworkers

Pay scale is competitive. But high volume with unrealistic time frames creates burnout and poor work morale.

Cons

Poor management. Poor leadership. Inexperienced management. Salary employees are constantly taking advantage of perks like leaving early to not use up PTO. Especially Chief Sonos. No accountability due to favoritism. Poor opportunity for professional growth.
