      -wonderful company culture -friendly people, always willing to help -they genuinely care about your experience as an employee and want to make sure you're happy -very supportive company -opportunity for advancement -opportunity to really make an impact on the growth and future of a company

      Cons

      Honestly no cons, I love this company and have enjoyed every second here. The people that work here are intelligent, driven, passionate, and willing to do what it takes to succeed. They take work hard play hard very seriously and it creates a fantastic culture.

      Sales team feedback

      Pros

      Over the past year, I've seen the sales team make a lot of changes for the better. Peek brought in top talent to help the team grow and improve processes. In recent months, the entire team has been doing incredibly well. Our new reps are ramping faster than ever and have a lot of opportunities to learn the product and practice demoing/closing in the first few months. Most of the team has been at or exceeding quota. Expectations, compensation, and career path are clearly laid out. There's a lot of room for progress and growth for anyone considering a position as an Account Executive at Peek.

      Cons

      The comp structure used to be different and made it hard to make a lot of commission within the first six months of the job. This has since changed to help new reps focus on learning rather than closing. You need to be OK with being an autonomous worker. There are a lot of reps and not enough managers (although they're working on hiring more). It's a good environment if you're an independent contributor and can self-motivate.

      Pros

      Great company where you will work with a group of very talented people especially at the Senior Management level. Given the ability to develop rapidly and take on projects that instantly impacted the company. Fast paced startup environment where the company leaders are passionate about making a difference in the Travel Industry.

      Cons

      Not a 9-5 job. Startup compensation as to be expected.
