Pros

I have worked with enough winners and losers throughout the years to be able to quickly spot the winners. Peek's founders are definitely winners. - Peeksters: You can't miss the energy and passion of the employees. They love what they do and truly believe in the mission of the company. - Just the right amount of structure: The company has been growing fast, but has the right structure in place to avoid the growing pains that a company at this stage would face. - Leadership: The leadership team is experienced and values transparency. - Culture: Things like Peek-nics (weekly lunches with group activities), Peek-tures (travel pics in the office) , Peek Props (tradition of thank you cards written by employees), etc

Cons

- Peek doesn't offer 401k yet, which is fairly common for startups at this stage.

Pros

I went into startups because I wanted a truly transformative experience, and Peek has delivered above & beyond what I could have ever expected. The team is brilliant, the company culture is the perfect mix of work hard, play hard, everyone is super engaged and committed, and the technology has become best-in-class in a very short period of time. Every day I come into the office I feel energized by the work I am doing and the people I am surrounded by. Taking a job at Peek was hands-down the best career decision I have made yet.

Cons

All the standard startup growing pains: Many daily processes aren't fully nailed down yet and it's really important to be a self-starter and organized because there aren't a lot of management layers and everyone is spread very thin.

Pros

Great culture, supportive management, good pay, and great opportunity for growth.

Cons

as with all new businesses the structure and processes are not all quite in place yet, but nothing too glaring.
