      Pros

      Peek is awesome! Great environment with great people. Management is there to help and actively working to help you get better. If you work hard you will be rewarded in many ways. Also you do not go unnoticed like most big companies, each individuals contribution has a big impact on the company.

      Cons

      Pay is always a factor with start-ups but the amount of experience you get is well worth it in the long-run. Not to mention it is a commission job so the better you do the more you get payed. So just perform well.

      Pros

      You get to learn about the travel/tourist industry. You get your own lap top to work on and take home if need be.

      Cons

      Based pay is extremely low and it takes almost 6 months to even start really getting additional income. They hype up the position more than it really is for the beginning part which can suck you in. If they raised the base pay it'd be more worth it.

      Opportunity to wear multiple hats, amazing mentorship, tons of responsibility early on and all throughout your experience

      Cons

      Hours can be a little long, but the work always feels meaningful. Often times I find myself voluntarily putting in the extra time because I want to find the answer to some of the questions I am working on.
