Pros

- Great flexibility in so many ways - Incredible amount of responsibility handed to (new) employees, but w/o it being overwhelming - Co. is full of brilliant, creative minds, always encouraging others to speak up and have a say - Hard work is awarded with great respect - Really nice employees who are committed to doing the best work they can. Everyone is on board with the co.'s mission and ethics - Wonderful, balanced, and empowering leadership - Employees are always willing to lend a hand and teach

Cons

- Long hours. But I think this is to be expected from just about any small company with large ambitions. Still, the cohesive working environment balances this out :) - Perhaps a bit light in terms of compensation. Then again, I didn't come in with boat loads of exp., and definitely think my time there was worth it.

Pros

Peek is such an invigorating place to work, I joined the company over a year ago and have absolutely loved my time here! Here are just a few of the pros: - Wicked smart team: Every single person is highly intelligent and it raises the bar for everyone else - Passion: Everyone here is looking to do something special and make Peek a household name - Humility: People are incredibly humble and approachable, regardless of their background or credentials - Ownership: Even at the junior levels people are asked to step up and own their work which provides great professional development and career growth - Fun culture: Social committee, happy hours, annual off-sites in Tahoe, team bonding events - we definitely have a lot of fun here! - Other perks: Awesome office location in Jackson Square, 4 weeks of vacation, Peek credits every month to enjoy our activities, free breakfast & dinner, there's a lot of perks

Cons

- Hours: This is not a 9-5pm job. It's a manageable workload given what I've heard about other startups my friends work at but if you join Peek be prepared to have plenty of work to do from day 1 because everyone is running fast and hard - Intensity: People here work hard and are very focused - this isn't necessarily a bad thing but it can be a bit intense when you first start which takes some getting used to

Pros

Great place to get started in sales and learn the ropes. Sales Enablement team was amazing. A lot of cross departmental collaboration.

Cons

Incompetent/inexperienced management. No accountability from management. No one was consistently hitting quota. Lack of care for their employees. Underpaid compared to market value of tenured AE. Unrealistic TAM. Cared more about fudged metrics than actual revenue brought to the table.
