Pros

A fully remote company that puts lots of trust in their employees to deliver. Your projects can have high and immediate impact. The Engineering organization is always opened to trying out new tools and technologies, so expect to be adaptive to changes. People have the opportunities to work in different roles and the management team is focused on making sure their employees are flourishing in their position. You won't feel like a cog in a machine.

Cons

The company is growing but some of the benefits that was taken away since covid has not returned yet.

Pros

I'm closing in on three years with Peek Travel Inc and have found the experience one of the most rewarding of my career. The leadership from a Product Standpoint is truly unsurpassed in my experience, and the overall company values place it miles above most others I've experienced. It's that rare company that values the individual, gives them room for growth, and yet has high expectations for their productivity and impact. While my views on Peek could change, I've yet to find any of the major red flags that usually trigger my transition from promoter to detractor.

Cons

The high expectations for delivery and impact might not be for everyone. But if you thrive in an environment where you take responsibility and ownership, and enjoy personal growth, you'll love it here.

Pros

fully remote, reasonable pay and benefits

Cons

the other departments often overlook the importance of the support team, and sometimes it seems the focus is on growing “bigger and better” instead of refining broken or outdated elements so the overall product lacks some consistency
