A huge pro is the industry in general. We sell to tour, activity, and experience companies. We work with incredibly cool businesses.
Peek is highly respected in the industry - our employees from the founders down are very active in the community speaking at conferences and working with thought leaders in the industry. If you've ever worked for a company where this isn't the case, you know how important this is.
The talent at Peek is truly top-level. That has always been the case, but now that we are all working remotely, we've been able to pull top talent across the globe into the family.
Adding to the family comment, I know that my co-workers and leaders genuinely care about me beyond the 9-5.
Career development is encouraged, and career paths are clearly defined. In my time at Peek, I've seen customer service reps transfer to sales. Install reps moving to our product team. It's not just the linear path that you are usually stuck in.
And finally, the product. It's really good. I consistently hear from prospects that turn into clients, "we looked at many platforms, yours is miles ahead of the competition,"

Cons
I've worked for Peek for 5+ years. I could dig back and find some growing pain issues we experienced. But those days are long gone. Giving work-life balance a 4/5 - but really, that's by choice. It's hard to stop when you're closing deals.
