Pros

The people are incredible. I made lifelong friends here. It's a great place to dip your toes if you don't have any previous tech company experience.

Cons

There are so many. Lack of benefits, low pay, inconsistent feedback from management. The culture is incredibly toxic. When the office still existed, we would get a talking to for leaving exactly at 5 because it "wasn't a good look." If you are in a salary position, don't expect any of the perks that are supposed to come with it. There is no work life home life balance, and if the right people don't like you, you won't be moving up. They'll crap all over you and then expect you be thankful for the opportunity. I have nightmares about my time here and will be staying far away from any start up because of what I experienced. Stay away if you value your mental health.

Pros

Now? Absolutely none at all.

Cons

If you want to work for a company that does the following. Apply now! 1. Guilt trips employees when they try to ask why things are being done a certain way with “At least you have a job” 2. As the entire companies moral is slowly crumbling and everyone is trying to get by after losing more than half the company you at least get to see our CEO take lavish vacations on social media! 3. Threatens current employees that are looking for other jobs. 4. Moves people into roles they’ve never done before nor is what they were hired for just because they don’t have to compensate them but still expects them to perform and when they don’t all hell breaks loose. 5. Pretends like they helped so many employees that were let go as a result of covid. No one heard a word from them nor when they opened up some of those positions again did they reach out.

Pros

Some Stock Options, Travel Industry, product is decent, but they are betters out there.

Cons

Where do I begin? How about with a CEO who doesn't impower employees but instead tries to control the "Pitch". No individualism allowed here, you follow THEIR pitch. Then mix in EXTREME Micromanagement (Like so much as you have 4 meetings set for the month and the goal is 2 - they still are on you about missing 2-3 cold calls short) If you like to be belittled on each one-one you have with your manager come here. If you like to have every little think on your calendar to be watched, come here! If you like false promises and false culture personas come here!
