If you want to work for a company that does the following. Apply now! 1. Guilt trips employees when they try to ask why things are being done a certain way with “At least you have a job” 2. As the entire companies moral is slowly crumbling and everyone is trying to get by after losing more than half the company you at least get to see our CEO take lavish vacations on social media! 3. Threatens current employees that are looking for other jobs. 4. Moves people into roles they’ve never done before nor is what they were hired for just because they don’t have to compensate them but still expects them to perform and when they don’t all hell breaks loose. 5. Pretends like they helped so many employees that were let go as a result of covid. No one heard a word from them nor when they opened up some of those positions again did they reach out.

Where do I begin? How about with a CEO who doesn't impower employees but instead tries to control the "Pitch". No individualism allowed here, you follow THEIR pitch. Then mix in EXTREME Micromanagement (Like so much as you have 4 meetings set for the month and the goal is 2 - they still are on you about missing 2-3 cold calls short) If you like to be belittled on each one-one you have with your manager come here.
