Pros

Honestly can't think of a single one

Cons

Culture is awful- they act like they want to be diverse and inclusive, but that's only true if you think/feel the exact way they do. If you disagree with them or share idea on how to improve processes, they will start to make your work life extremely uncomfortable.

Pros

Customers are generally very patient and nice to you! Teammates are wonderful, convenient location, ability to work from home after 6 months. They give you all the tech gear needed to do the job.

Cons

Huge issue with nepotism. HUGE. Lots of family working here, and unless you know someone there already it’s very unlikely you’ll meet the “culture” they’re going for. Training is very short and does not prepare you for the job. They offer support of the floor/teammates but even they have incorrect information which can damage your overall performance. (Are co-workers expected to train?) Many times I have asked for help to be ignored and/or given the wrong info with no platform given to double check the information given.

Pros

-Wonderfully talented, enthusiastic, and passionate employees. -Good healthcare options (except for pregnant women.)

Cons

-Salaries are extremely low compared to every other tech company. - 10 days PTO (But they call themselves a “travel company”) -If you’re a woman that plans to get pregnant, be prepared to purchase disability insurance (Peek sees pregnancy as a disability) -Everyone is underpaid and burnt out which leaves room for many resentful and angry employees -The burnout rate is incredibly high because of the lack of PTO. The PTO policy leaves little room for family time, vacation, or personal days.
