The Doctors are great to work with. They trust the nurses assessment and follow through if needed. Departments work together well in most areas. The staff is generally supportive of eachother

Cons

Management does not follow the mission statement. It’s a great statement in a great town, but is useless if not followed by the management. There is more Christian compassion with their staff than with the manager’s and higher management. And , unfortunately their actions and thoughts trickle down.
