      Pros

      Some areas encourage and actually lead with the Mission statement that includes "Christian Compassion." But others blatantly disregard it.

      Cons

      Manager is a horrible gossip. Discloses very personal, and medical information about her own staff to other staff. Very distracting during work hours. Many have reported her behavior to HR, but this is ignored by them as well.

      It’s healthcare, so long hours. Hospital often has wings under construction. Departments are always being moved around.
