      Community atmosphere, good leadership, average pay for industry. You are done when tour shift is over-no taking work home is nice. True Christian compassion, just like their mission states.

      Very busy which makes it hard for training.

      My coworkers in my department were fun and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      PRHC does not follow a Just Culture. There is a lot of blaming going on and the staff's voices aren't heard.
