Pros

Don't have to do a lot. It used to be super fun. Pretty good pay.

Cons

This company has no direction. It's pretty wild how the c suite and upper management could ruin this business the way they did. We would have been better off with a suite of golden retriever puppies. They handled all the layoffs very poorly and strung people along. So many projects are started only to be scrapped later. It's not going anywhere and should be sold for parts.

Pros

Peloton is all about fast growth. If you do everything you’re suppose to, you will “go far” and advance to leadership.

Cons

Stressful Management Members are difficult and horrible to work with. Very entitled consumer base. Mentally draining and exhausting Not enough sick time. Only 48 hours once a year Laid off with no prior notice and low severance payout. (2000 for 3 years)
