      Pros

      Decent base pay. Relative autonomy, if you know what you're doing.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership in nearly every department, from the Sr. Director up to the C-Suite. A board that is completely out of touch with our competitive landscape and how to drive revenue. No career mobility since the company is actively shrinking. No "real" new products in two years due to poor planning–guide tech in a new screen is not a new product. Marketing, Design, Product, Supply Chain, and the CEO have been replaced multiple times, leading to the company losing its competitive edge in the connected fitness industry and a blind leading the blind scenario.

      Great pay, commission and benefits Small group of employees in store Lots of opportunity in company Fun place to work (sometimes)

      Can be slow Management needs help Lots of changes within the company they're inconsistent Although I said there are lots of career opportunities I saw many veteran employees that were there for years and brought so much value to the company but never gave them an opportunity to grow within the company they would actually use their skills and ideas for free and no extra pay it was sad to watch.
