Pros

Peloton, being a mission-driven company and a strong brand loved by so many, is a very special place to work. Comp and benefits are competitive (for example, 18 weeks parental leave for both parents) and people are generally very helpful and collaborative

Cons

Despite all the good, constant organizational re-structuring means that this is not the most stable job and there's constant fatigue and emotional turmoil from losing colleagues.
