Pros

Great for those looking to raise their stress levels due to confirmation that there ARE companies out there that really are ran by imbeciles.

Cons

Highly incompetent decision makers. Can't keep a CEO. Disregard for quality of product, delivery service, and especially customer service. NOT all-inclusive of all members, customers, prospects, community, or staff. Inability to create / implement revenue generating ideas. Leadership cowards to owning up to their inept decisions, nor do they ever publicly admit fault or wrongdoing, leaving Support and Sales staff out in the front lines to take ALL the heat.

Pros

The only pros are the snacks and the benefits.

Cons

Way too many to list. Consider any other company than this one. There’s a lot of shady business practices being conducted and seems very unstable after the CEO stepped down they have yet to find a replacement. HR does a terrible job at supporting they only have the company’s best interest in mind. I experienced sexual harassment, mental stress, and retaliation. The unqualified get put into high positions while the ones who are qualified get worked to death and micromanaged. I woulrd give 0 stars if that was an option.

Pros

New hires receive market worthy compensation. The HQ is a nice office with comfortable chairs. Coworkers are smart and hardworking.

Cons

Current employees often are overlooked, unappreciated, and underpaid. Teams are stretched beyond their limits and expected to do more with no light at the end of the tunnel. As soon as you start burning out, you're looked at as a slacker and if your manager is newer than you then they have no idea what all you've sacrificed before they arrived.
